No. We do not have a minimum and we are not sorting applications by follower count. What we look at is whether your account sounds like a real person talking about their own life. A 400-follower account that people actually trust is worth more to us than a large one that reads like a billboard.

Whichever it is, it is full size and it is yours to keep.
